Reclaim Yourself After Loss

A 6-Week Guided Online Group for Those Navigating Grief Beyond Death — Relationships, Identity, Health, Career, and More

Still Carrying Something Heavy No One Else Can See?

Grief isn’t always about death. It can follow divorce, estrangement, job loss, a medical diagnosis, a lost future, or even a version of yourself that no longer exists.

This group is for those navigating complex, invisible grief — and want structured, expert-guided support from others who get it.

What You’ll Experience

Over 6 weekly sessions, you’ll:

  • Identify the real roots of your grief — beyond the surface story

  • Learn how grief impacts identity, memory, and daily life

  • Safely explore “stuck” emotional loops: anger, guilt, numbness, self-blame

  • Practice meaning-making without toxic positivity

  • Experience real, respectful connection — no fixing, no pressure

All sessions are facilitated live by a licensed trauma-informed mental health professional trained in EMDR, Rapid Resolution Therapy, IADC, and critical incident care.
